Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350
1. Pour 1 packet of frozen string green beans onto baking tray.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, or butter and coconut oil.
3. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese, black pepper, sea salt, and onion or garlic powder.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
