3/4cup (s)all purpose flour
1/2tspsalt
1/2cupmilk
1eggs
1tspbaking powder
1large boxinstant vanilla pudding mix
3Tbspbutter
115 oz canpeaches (sliced)juices reserved
18 oz packagecream cheesesoftened
1/2cup + 1 Tbspsugar
1tspcinnamon
1large boxinstant vanilla pudding mix
Directions: 

Blend together flour, salt, milk, egg, baking powder, pudding mix and butter; beat for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9" round pan; arrange peaches on top. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of reserved juice and 1/2 cup sugar; beat for 2 minutes. Spoon over peaches. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
