1canpeaches (29 oz)drain juice from 1 can
1 1/2cupsalmond flour
4Tbspcoconut oilcan sub butter
2Tbspmaple syrupcan sub honey
1 1/2tspvanilla extract
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In small saucepan, over medium heat, melt coconut oil. Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Pour peaches in the bottom of the baking dish. Use pastry cutter, two knives or even your hand to combine the almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Sprinkle on top of peaches. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until crisp on top.

Note: If using canned peaches, use "in juice" only. If using fresh, you'll need 2-3 medium sized.
