128 oz cansliced peachescan sub fresh peaches
1cupoats*use gluten free if needed
2/3cupgluten free flourcan sub almond flour
1/2cupalmonds (sliced)
2/3cupbrown sugar
1/8tspsea saltcan sub Himalayan salt
6Tbspbutterplus more for coating dish
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat an 8x8 baking dish with butter or oil. Place the slice peaches in the bottom of the pan. (Optional: Add 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger to peaches.) In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix, using your hands or a wooden spoon. Sprinkle to the top of the fruit in an even layer and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and crisp and fruit is bubbly. Serve with ice cream, dairy-free ice cream, or whipped cream. Serve warm or refrigerate and use within three days.
