Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Measure out 2 cups of the cake mix. Put aside the leftover cake mix for the crumble topping. In a mixing bowl combine the 2 cups of cake mix, flour and yeast. Stir until combined. Pour in warm water and stir well. Add eggs and stir. (Batter will be lumpy.) Work to spread the mixture into prepared baking dish. Next, spread both cans of pie filling on top of cake batter as evenly as possible. In a bowl, combine the rest of the cake mix with the butter using either a pastry cutter or fork. It will be lumpy. Sprinkle topping mixture over the pie filling. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Topping should appear golden brown.
Allow the cake to cool for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, in a bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk. Start with a small amount of milk, adding more until it gets to the desired consistency of icing. Drizzle icing over top of cake. Enjoy!
