1candiced tomatoes (28 oz)undrained
1cupbeef broth (GF)
1candiced green chilies
2cupsbutternut squashcut into 1 inch chunks
115 oz cankidney beansdrained
Directions: 

Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and sauté 5 min. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Add ground beef and pepper cook till meet is done. Drain off fat. Stir in chile powder and cumin. Add tomatoes, broth, green chilies and butternut squash and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 min, or until squash is tender. Uncover and stir in beans, simmer, uncovered 5 min more.
