My kids love pizza. I think they could eat it for every meal if they could. The problem with pizza is it can get unhealthy, especially if you are eating it for every meal! We wanted to take pizza and add some pizzazz. This is not your normal pizza. No, it’s been taken to a whole new level!

Pizza Pizzazz has the pepperoni at the bottom! And instead of using carb-loaded crust, this pizza is made with eggs. That makes it a protein-full, low-carb meal without losing the flavor. In fact, this pizza is full of delicious flavor. You might not even be able to tell the difference.

  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  1. Spread pepperoni slices in the bottom of a 10-inch skillet over moderate heat.
  2. Beat eggs and gently pour over ingredients in skillet.
  3. Cover pan and turn heat to low.
  4. Cook 10-12 minutes until eggs are set.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over eggs and top with mozzarella cheese for the last couple of minutes cooking.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve.
