Pumpkin Spice Toffee Bars

The perfect fall pumpkin dessert!
Ingredients
  • 1 can pumpkin (canned)(29 oz)
  • (eggs-water-oil)
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 8 oz bag toffee bits
  • 1 container cream cheese frosting
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix up the cake batter according to the box directions.
  2. Add in the toffee bits, making sure to reserve some (approx. ¼ cup..or so) toffee bits for the top.
  3. Combine the pumpkin and mix it well.
  4. Spray 2 9 x 13 baking pans with non-stick spray and split the batter between them.
  5. Bake both pans at 350 degrees for approx 45 minutes or until they’re cooked through. Let them cool.
  6. Frost with the cream cheese frosting and top with the reserved toffee bits.
