BAM Membership Terms of Use and Agreement Form

1. Memberships are automatically renewed. Cancellations are entirely the responsibility of the paying member. Memberships cannot be cancelled by email. You will have complete access to your account and can click on “Cancel my account” at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately. 

2. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash either in part, or in whole. We are not liable for lost or stolen gift certificates. 

3. By accessing this website and/or purchasing a subscription, gift certificate, or other product, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Washington, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.

4. Our commitment to you is to offer you top quality menu plan options each and every week. Although any changes we make will be toward making our website even better, we reserve the right to change any part of our menu plan service as needed, including meal plan categories, serving sizes, stores used, etc.

5. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product lists and prices. However, BAM is completely independent of each of the grocery stores we feature. Our prices are based on their weekly sales of the stores we feature, but we are not responsible for changes or availability in their advertised products, variations between stores or in different regions.

6. We work hard to make BAM one of the most complete menu planning services available. Our GOAL is to make menu planning easier, save people time and money and bring families together at the dinner table. The PURPOSE for this goal is to keep our members satisfied so that we can continue giving thru our orphan care ministry. Please do not share your password with anyone outside of your immediate household. BAM is copyright protected and sharing any part of our website may result in immediate cancellation of your membership. Violating these terms will result in our automated protection system freezing your membership, at which time you will not be given a refund.

7. We are committed to keeping your information private. We will not sell, rent or give away any information about our members. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of initial subscription to be valid. Refunds will only be made via credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund processing.
