1cupvanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
4frozen strawberries
1Tbspcream cheese (LF)
1scoopunsweetened vanilla protein powder
to tasteTruvia (or other sugar substitute)
Directions: 

Put milk into blender. Add protein powder, Truvia and cream cheese. Add frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth. Add water to thin, optional, and blend until smooth, creamy and the consistency you want.
