1/4cupGreek yogurt (plain nonfat)
1/2cupalmond milk (unsweetened)
3/4cupalmond flour
1/4cupground flax meal

1/4cupGreek yogurt (plain nonfat large container)
Directions: 

In a medium bowl beat together the egg, butter, peanut butter, greek yogurt, almond milk and vanilla. Add almond flour and ground flax. Add Truvia, baking powder, baking soda and salt and beat together. Spray griddle with coconut oil cooking spray, and set on medium heat. Pour 1/8 cup of batter on griddle. Cook until you see the edges start to bubble and then flip. Makes about 12 pancakes.
